They gave me an estimate on some body work from a parking lot incidnet. Dropped car off at appointment time and picked it up at time promised. They give me a loaner car at no cost. I was treated so well I added a little more gas than I used just because of the good treatment. The bill at pickup times matched the estimate to the penny. I'm always able to get the service I need without any pressure to do something "extra", I'm told if there is another problem, but not pressured into anything right then and there.
